About Us
Prahran Boxing Club is a community-first boxing gym in the heart of Prahran. We opened our doors in 2023 with a simple goal: to create a space where anyone can experience the benefits of boxing — whether you’ve never thrown a punch or you’ve been training for years.
Our focus isn’t on professional fighting. It’s about movement, fitness, and connection. A place where you can show up, sweat it out, and feel better walking out than when you walked in.
We’ve built a welcoming, no-ego environment where people of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds can train together, learn something new, and become part of a community.

From beginner boxing classes to high-intensity fitness sessions, Prahran Boxing Club offers a range of training options for all fitness levels in Prahran.
Group Classes

Boxing
Boxing is made up of many movements. So we take one of these movements at a time and master it through technique work, padwork and heavy bag drills. Rest assured you will get fit along the way. This class is for everyone. All levels of ability. From complete novice to the experienced. Our aim is for you to have either learnt a new skill or sharpened an existing one.
Strength and Conditioning
A mixture of gymnastic and weightlifting inspired movements, along with full body circuits. This class gives balance to improving both your strength and aerobic fitness. This class is for everyone. We adapt and scale movements accordingly to suit your ability.
Super Saturday
The flagship class of PBC; Where it all started. This class brings together all the different parts of the weeks' training. A bit of Boxing, Strength & Conditioning and RunClub, all mixed together. A celebration of fitness and movement but more importantly a chance to get together and strengthen our community.
Run Club
The purest form of aerobic conditioning. Nothing fancy, nothing complicated, just your legs and lungs. Whether your running goal is to set new benchmarks, prepare for an event, or just manage everyday stresses, this session is for you. From a half hour to 1hour run, you set your pace and start time. Location announced weekly. The endorphins and feeling of achievement afterwards is something special.

Personal Training
For those wanting to really master their boxing skills. Whether to improve fitness, start a new hobby or prepare for a competition or event. We take you on a journey with each lesson carefully planned. Beginning with the core fundamentals, progressing you to advanced skills.
Gym Access
For those who already have a fitness routine and need a space to train. Hit the bag, lift weights or jump on a machine. Come in and enjoy the facilities at our open times.
